INSULATION COVER FOR OVERHEAD DISTRIBUTION LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation cover for overhead distribution line which is free from the risk of accidentally opened by long-term deterioration and facilitates an opening and closing operation.SOLUTION: An insulation cover 1a for overhead distribution line has a cover body 2 which is formed of a synthetic resin and has insulation property, and a through rod 3 mounted on the cover body 2. The cover body 2 is composed of insulating members 4 and 4 which have a cross section orthogonal to a longitudinal direction forming a substantially semi-circular arc shape, are rotatably connected through a hinge part 4a and have tongue-shaped operation pieces 5 and 5 projectingly provided on a side face 4b. The through rod 3 having a holding part 3a provided on its one end has a cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction forming a circle and is formed so as to be inserted into two cylindrical bodies installed inside the insulating members 4 and 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】経年劣化により不用意に開いてしまうおそれがなく、しかも開閉操作が容易な架空配電線用絶縁カバーを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の架空配電線用絶縁カバー１ａは、合成樹脂等によって形成され絶縁性を有するカバー本体２と、このカバー本体２に装着される通し棒３を備えている。カバー本体２は、長手方向に直交する断面が略半円弧状をなし、ヒンジ部４ａを介して回動自在に連結されるとともに側面４ｂに舌状の操作片５，５が突設された一対の絶縁部材４，４によって構成されており、一端に把持部３ａが設けられた通し棒３は、長手方向に直交する断面が円形をなし、絶縁部材４，４の内部にそれぞれ設置された２つの円筒体に対して挿通可能に形成されている。【選択図】図１
