| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: as conventional announcement means for emergency, an announcement by telephone is made to the authority such as a fire department or an announcement according to transmission by telephone or announcement bell or the like is made by concluding a contract with an ordinary facility, which depend on only actions of announcement receiving side.SOLUTION: The signal caller display unit can momentarily make an announcement to many neighboring inhabitants by operating a transmitter attached to be detachable as announcement means for emergency and can be escaped from a state of emergency by assistance of neighboring inhabitants. Thus, a reliable feeling with neighboring inhabitants is generated, which leads to elevation of mutual help.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来は救急時の通報手段として、消防署などの公的機関に電話で通報するとか、一般の施設と契約し、電話又は通報ベルで発信するなどの方法で通報し、通報を受けた側の対処に頼るだけであった。【解決手段】本発明の信号発信者表示装置は、救急時の通報手段として，移動可能に附設した発信器を作動することにより、瞬時に多数の近隣住民に通報することが出来、近隣住民の助力によって、緊急事態を脱することができる。これにより近隣住民との信頼感が生じ、相互扶助の高揚にも通ずるものである。【選択図】図１ |
