The heat exchanger includes: a first layered body of a plurality of first flow channel members each defining a first flow channel therein for a first liquid coolant; first headers in communication respectively with the plurality of first flow channels, a second layered body of a plurality of second flow channel members each defining a second flow channel therein for a second liquid coolant; and second headers in communication respectively with the plurality of second flow channels. The first flow channel members and the second flow channel members are overlaid on each other in a first region when viewed in a layering direction, and the first flow channel members and the second flow channel members are not overlaid on each other in a second region which is different from the first region when viewed in a layering direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
