PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation device and a cultivation system which facilitate fertilizer management and water supply management.SOLUTION: A cultivation device 1 comprises: a culture medium storage container 10 whose top surface is opened and stores therein a culture medium; a medium storage container 40 which is connected so as to cover the opened top surface of the culture medium storage container 10, and on which a medium 46 can be arranged; a water sprinkling line 31 for sprinkling the culture medium stored in the culture medium storage container 10 to the medium storage container 40; and a liquid feeding pump 30 for feeding the culture medium to the water sprinkling line 31.
