Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber lateral input and output device capable of accurately guiding an optical fiber ribbon to a predetermined position and forming a predetermined bend shape.SOLUTION: An optical fiber lateral input and output device, which provides an optical fiber ribbon with bending and inputs/outputs an optical signal to/from the bend part, comprises a jig 1 having a concave-type curve surface and a jig 2 having a convex-type curve surface for providing the optical fiber ribbon with bending, a groove formed in the jig 1 or the jig 2 for guiding the optical fiber ribbon to a predetermined position, a guide groove for guiding the optical fiber ribbon to the groove, and a switch mechanism 1 for switching between a state 1 in which bending is provided to the optical fiber ribbon by the jig 1 and the jig 2 and a state 2 in which bending is not provided to the optical fiber ribbon. The optical fiber ribbon is guided to the groove by the guide and a state is switched to the state 1 by the switch mechanism to provide the optical fiber ribbon with bending by the jig 1 and the jig 2, and the state is switched to the state 2 by the switch mechanism to release and take out the optical fiber ribbon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】テープ心線を所定の位置へ正確に案内し、所定の曲げ形状を形成できる光ファイバ側方入出力装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る光ファイバ側方入出力装置は、テープ心線に曲げを付与し、曲げ部から光信号を入出力させる装置であって、テープ心線に曲げを付与するための凹型曲面を有する冶具1および凸型曲面を有する冶具2と、テープ心線を所定の位置へ案内するために冶具1または冶具2に備えられた溝と、テープ心線を前記溝へ案内するためのガイド溝と、冶具1と冶具2によりテープ心線に曲げを付与した状態1とテープ心線に曲げを付与しない状態2とに切り替える切替機構1と、を備え、前記ガイドによりテープ心線を前記溝へ案内し、切替機構により状態1に切り替えることで冶具1および冶具2によりテープ心線に曲げを付与し、切替機構により状態2に切り替えテープ心線を解放し取り出すことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
