POTENTIAL MEASURING DEVICE AND POTENTIAL MEASURING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a potential measuring device that can measure potential of both AC and DC, can remove surface potential of an object to be measured, and has a simple structure.SOLUTION: A potential measuring device includes: an enclosure including an opening for taking in fresh air; a motor; an ion generator for generating ions; a first rotary wing rotating by rotation of the motor; a cylindrical member having openings at both ends, one opening exposing to the outside, and rotating in tune with the rotation of the motor; a second rotary wing rotating in tune with rotation of the cylindrical member; and a sensor arranged between the first rotary wing and the second rotary wing and including a detection face for detecting a power line toward the second rotary wing.
