Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision detection device for a vehicle capable of detecting even the direction of impact together with strength of the impact when a vehicle collides with the other object.SOLUTION: A collision detection device for a vehicle is provided with at least three units of deformation measurement devices stuck in a state of mutually separately placing a plurality of strain measurement elements on a belt-like sheet along it, in which at least one of the deformation measurement devices is stuck along its extension direction to a main part of a bumper having a main part and a side part connected via a bending part to respective both ends of the main part, and at least the other one of the deformation measurement devices is stuck in the orthogonal direction to the extension direction to the bending part of the bumper, and at least the other one of the deformation measurement devices is stuck along the extension direction to the side part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
