PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable automatic output of a printed matter in accordance with the user attribute of each of the plurality of users being the distribution targets of the printed matters.SOLUTION: A device detection unit 51 detects one or a plurality of mobile identification devices 1 in a prescribed area by a wireless communication device 34. A user classification unit 52 classifies the users into any of a plurality of prescribed groups on the basis of the user attribute of the user associated with the detected mobile identification device 1.
