TIMBER MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timber management method capable of accurately managing timber information without causing disappearance of an identification marker even after passing through a modifier impregnation process nor requiring time and labor.SOLUTION: Before a modifier impregnation process, an identification marker is formed on a wood surface with a hole row or a groove, and individual information of the wood is managed by the identification marker. It is desirable that the identification marker be formed by laser, and further it is desirable that the marker be formed on a surface other than a butt end. Further, just before or just after the process in which the identification marker is formed, it is desirable that a permeation hole for improving permeability of the modifier be continuously subjected to boring in the same surface as the surface in which the identification marker is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】改質剤含浸工程を経た後でも識別表示が消失することがなく、手間をかけずに正確に木材情報を管理できる、木材管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】改質剤含浸工程の前に、木材表面へ孔列または溝によって識別表示を形成し、この識別表示によって木材の個別情報を管理する。識別表記は、レーザーによって形成することが好ましく、また、木口面以外の面に形成することが好ましい。さらに、識別表示を形成する工程の直前又は直後に連続して、改質剤の浸透性を向上するための浸透孔を、識別表示と同じ面に穿設することが好ましい。【選択図】図１
