Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite stranded wire conductor capable of improving ellipticity and facilitating the securing of the minimum thickness, and an insulated wire provided therewith.SOLUTION: Provided is a composite stranded wire conductor 10 comprising: central collected stranded wires 11a as collected stranded wires 11 located at the most central side in the cross section; first layer composite stranded wires 11b formed in such a manner that a plurality of the collected stranded wires 11 are normal-stranded on the central collected stranded wires 11a; and second layer composite stranded wires 11c formed in such a manner that a plurality of the collected stranded wires 11 are normal-stranded on the first layer composite stranded wires 11b. The central collected stranded wires 11a are down-stranded in a first direction, the first layer composite stranded wires 11b are down-stranded and normal-stranded in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and the second layer composite stranded wires 11c are down-stranded and normal-stranded in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】扁平率を向上させ、最小肉厚を確保し易くすることができる複合撚線導体及びこれを備えた絶縁電線を提供する。【解決手段】複合撚線導体10は、最も断面中心側に位置する集合撚線11である中心集合撚線11aと、中心集合撚線11a上において複数本の集合撚線11が本撚りして形成された第1層複合撚線11bと、第1層複合撚線11b上において複数本の集合撚線11が本撚りして形成された第2層複合撚線11cと、を備え、中心集合撚線11aは、第1方向に下撚りされており、第1層複合撚線11bは、第1方向と反対となる第2方向に下撚り及び本撚りされており、第2層複合撚線11cは、第1方向に下撚り及び本撚りされている。【選択図】図1
