Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture wet particle aggregates hard to form a transparent (blurred) portion in and to streak a graphite layer formed when transferred to a current collector or the like.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing wet particle aggregates 1 formed by a large number of wet particles 1a including graphite particles 5 and a carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt 6, and having a predetermined solid fraction NV2 comprises: a primary kneading step S2 of adding 16.0-34.0 wt.% of water 7 in external percentage to mixed powder 8 prepared by mixing graphite particles 5 and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt particles 6, and kneading, by a kneader-granulator 40 arranged to perform a kneading operation by rotating stirring blades 43a and 43b, the resultant mixture at a peripheral velocity of 7.5 m/s or more for a kneading time of 10 seconds or longer time, thereby obtaining a primary kneaded mixture 9; and a secondary kneading step S3 of kneading the primary kneaded mixture by the kneader-granulator 40 at a peripheral velocity slower than that in the primary kneading step S2 and in parallel, adding water 7 to the primary kneaded mixture 9, and performing granulation, thereby obtaining the wet particle aggregates 1 of the predetermined solid fraction NV2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】集電体などに転写した場合に、形成される黒鉛層にスケ(カスレ)やスジが生じ難い湿潤粒子集合体を製造する。【解決手段】黒鉛粒子5とカルボキシメチルセルロースNa塩6を含有した多数の湿潤粒子1aからなり、所定の固形分率NV2を有する湿潤粒子集合体1の製造方法は、黒鉛粒子5とカルボキシメチルセルロースNa塩粒子6とを混合した混合粉体8に対し、外割で16.0〜34.0重量%の水7を加え、攪拌羽根43a,43bを回転させることにより混練を行う混練造粒装置40で、周速7.5m/s以上かつ混練時間10秒以上にわたり混練して一次混練体9を得る一次混練工程S2と、一次混練体9に水7を加えつつ、混練造粒装置40で一次混練工程S2よりも遅い周速で混練し造粒して、所定の固形分率NV2の湿潤粒子集合体1を得る二次混練工程S3と、を備える。【選択図】図4 |
