Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measurement accuracy regardless of various condition changes of a subject.SOLUTION: A calibration device for a nondestructive inspection measurement system comprises: excitation coils 122; detection coils 112; and a computer 301 for applying, to the excitation coils 122, sinusoidal signals, or composite signals composed of a plurality of sinusoidal waves with different frequencies from one another, so as to excite a pipe body 2a, and for detecting changes in voltage outputted from the detection coils 112. A calibration device 5 calibrates detection results by the computer 301 by substituting, into simultaneous equations as variables, amplitudes and phase differences of changes in voltage outputted from the detection coils 112 at a plurality of calibration points of the pipe body 2a with known thicknesses. The calibration device 5 changes calibration conditions at each of the calibration points in a plurality of ways, and performs calibration by substituting, into simultaneous equations, amplitudes and phase differences of changes in voltage outputted from the detection coils 112 under respective calibration conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被検体の様々な条件変化に関わらず、測定精度を高める。【解決手段】非破壊検査測定システムの較正装置は、励磁コイル122と、検出コイル112と、管本体2aを励磁するため励磁コイル122に正弦波信号、または周波数が互いに異なる複数の正弦波からなる合成信号を印加するとともに、検出コイル112から出力される電圧の変化を検出するコンピュータ301と、を備える。較正装置5は、管本体2aで厚さが既知の複数の較正点において検出コイル112から出力される電圧変化の振幅および位相差を変数として連立方程式に取り込むことによって、コンピュータ301における検出結果の較正を行う。この較正装置5は、較正点のそれぞれにおいて、較正条件を複数に異ならせ、それぞれの較正条件で検出コイル112から出力される電圧変化の振幅および位相差を連立方程式に取り込んで較正を行う。【選択図】図1
