Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam follower capable of fixing a side plate to a cam follower stud without damaging the cam follower stud and the side plate.SOLUTION: In a cam follower 1 including an outer ring 2 having an outer rolling face 2a integrally formed on an inner periphery, a cam follower stud 3 having an inner rolling face 3a opposed to the outer rolling face 2a and formed integrally with an outer periphery, provided with a flange portion 3b at an axial one side end of the inner rolling face 3a, and provided with a supporting portion 3c of a diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the inner rolling face 3a, on the axial other side end of the inner rolling face 3a, a plurality of rolling elements 4 rollably accommodated between the outer rolling face 2a and the inner rolling face 3a, and a side plate 5 having a hole 5a to which the supporting portion 3c is inserted, and disposed on the axial other side end of the inner rolling face 3a, an inner diameter d1 of the hole 5a of the side plate 5 is larger than an outer diameter D1 of the supporting portion 3c, and the side plate 5 is fixed to the cam follower stud 3 through an O-ring 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】カムフォロアスタッドや側板を損傷させることなく側板をカムフォロアスタッドに固定することができるカムフォロアを提供する。【解決手段】内周に外側転走面2aが一体に形成された外輪2と、外周に外側転走面2aに対向する内側転走面3aが一体に形成され、内側転走面3aの軸方向一側端に鍔部3bが設けられ、内側転走面3aの軸方向他側端に内側転走面3aの外径よりも縮径された支持部3cが設けられるカムフォロアスタッド3と、外側転走面2aと内側転走面3aとの間に転動自在に収容される複数の転動体4と、支持部3cが挿入される孔5aを有し、内側転走面3aの軸方向他側端に配置される側板5と、を備えたカムフォロア1において、側板5の孔5aの内径d1が支持部3cの外径D1よりも大きく、側板5がOリング6を介してカムフォロアスタッド3に固定される。【選択図】図2
