Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly airtight shutter apparatus.SOLUTION: The shutter apparatus S is installed at the material outlet 27 of the material storage tank 12. The interior of the raw material storage tank is intermittently decompressed. At the time of decompression, powdery granular raw material X is supplied from the outside (raw material tank T) to the raw material storage tank and is stored therein. The raw material storage tank supplies the stored powdery granular material X to the next process when there is a raw material demand from the next process. The shutter apparatus S includes: a shutter body 46 that slides and moves with respect to the raw material outlet 27 and opens and closes the raw material outlet 27; an absorbed member 48 attached to the shutter body 46 between the material outlet 27 and the shutter body 46, the absorbed member moving to the raw material outlet 27 and being adsorbed by the raw material outlet 27 to close the raw material outlet 27 when the raw material outlet 27 is closed due to the sliding movement of the shutter body 46; and actuating device 20 for sliding the shutter body 46 to open and close.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高気密性のシャッタ装置を提供する。【解決手段】内部が間欠的に減圧され、減圧時に外部(原料タンクT)から粉粒状原料Xが供給されて内部に貯留され、次工程からの原料要求があった時に貯留した粉粒状原料Xを次工程に供給する原料貯留槽12の原料出口27に設置されるシャッタ装置Sである。シャッタ装置Sは、原料出口27に対してスライド移動して原料出口27が開閉するシャッタ本体46と、原料出口27とシャッタ本体46との間にてシャッタ本体46に取り付けられ、シャッタ本体46のスライド移動による原料出口27の閉時に、原料出口27に移動して原料出口27に吸着され、原料出口27を閉塞する被吸着部材48と、シャッタ本体46を開閉スライドさせる作動装置20とで構成されている。【選択図】図2 |
