Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body for a heat insulation container provided with a printing layer on its surface, which can deal with small lot and multi-product, has no fear of environmental pollution and can suppress the occurrence of so-called migration.SOLUTION: In the laminate body for a heat insulation container having, at least, a printing layer, a cover layer, a base material layer composed of paper, a steam barrier layer for blocking steam generated from the paper constituting the base material layer in sequence from the outer surface side, the cover layer is made of a foamable thermoplastic resin, and a binder is contained in the printing layer, and an urethane structure polymer and either of both of a photopolymerization initiator and by-products of the photopolymerization initiator are contained in the binder. Here, the ratio of the urethane structure polymer to the total mass of the printing layer is 15 mass% or more and 90 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】表面に印刷層が設けられた断熱容器用積層体であって、小ロット・多品目に対応可能であり、環境汚染の心配もなく、さらにいわゆるマイグレーションの発生を抑制可能な断熱用器用積層体を提供すること。【解決手段】外面側から、印刷層、カバー層、紙から構成される基材層、前記基材層を構成する紙から発生する水蒸気を遮断する水蒸気遮断層、を少なくとも有する断熱容器用積層体において、前記カバー層を、発泡可能な熱可塑性樹脂で構成し、前記印刷層に、バインダーを含ませ、前記バインダーには、ウレタン構造体重合物と、光重合開始剤および光重合開始剤の副生成物の何れか一方または双方と、を含ませ、前記印刷層の合計質量に対する前記ウレタン構造体重合物の割合を15質量%以上90質量%以下とする。【選択図】図2 |
