【課題】局側終端装置の消費電力を低減すること。【解決手段】制御部１６０は、ＴＥＣコントローラ１５５に設定する目標温度を変更して、ＯＮＵからの受光電力情報ＳＩで示される受光電力を確認することで、全てのＯＮＵにおける受光電力が予め定められた第１閾値以上となる目標温度の範囲である目標温度範囲を特定するとともに、目標温度範囲内の温度を最適な目標温度として、ＴＥＣコントローラ１５５に設定する。【選択図】図４ |
