Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode precursor which is high in peel strength of a positive electrode active material layer, which allows a negative electrode to be pre-doped in a short time, and which enables the production of a nonaqueous hybrid capacitor having a high energy density and a high input/output.SOLUTION: A positive electrode precursor comprises: an alkali metal compound other than a positive electrode active material; a positive electrode current collector; and a positive electrode active material layer on one or each of opposing faces of the positive electrode current collector. The positive electrode active material layer comprises the positive electrode active material including a carbon material, and a binding agent. When a weight percentage of the alkali metal compound to a mass of the positive electrode precursor, excluding the positive electrode current collector is X mass%, 5≤X≤50. The binding agent contains a fluorine-containing substance. The binding agent has a weight-average molecular weight of 500,000 to 1800,000.SELECTED DRAWING: None
