Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrode, which enables the increase in the discharge capacity of a power storage device without largely increasing the manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for manufacturing an electrode having multilayered carbon nanotube, which comprises a voltage-applying step of applying a voltage to the multilayered carbon nanotube in an electrolyte solution while using the multilayered carbon nanotube as a positive electrode.
