PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow radiation heat radiated from a heat source in a direction away from a nip plate to easily arrive at the nip plate, in a fixing device using the heat source such as a halogen lamp.SOLUTION: The inner surface of a reflection plate 208 has a first inner surface 301 which is a first inner surface 301 arranged on a side opposite to a heating body 206 across a heat source 207 and having a protruding shape toward the heating body 206 and reflects at least a part of the radiation heat radiated in the direction opposite to the direction from the side of the heat source 207 toward the side of the heating body 206, in the direction different from the direction toward the heat source 207 and a second inner surface 302 which is a second inner surface 302 at which the radiation heat reflected by the first inner surface 301 in the direction different from the direction toward the heat source 207 arrives and reflects the radiation heat reflected by the first inner surface 301 toward the heating body 206.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】ハロゲンランプなどの熱源を用いた定着装置において、ニップ板から離れる方向に熱源から放射された放射熱をニップ板に到達しやすくすることができる。【解決手段】反射板２０８の内面は、熱源２０７を挟んで加熱体２０６とは反対側に配置され、加熱体２０６に向かって凸形状となっている第１の内面３０１であって、熱源２０７側から加熱体２０６側に向かう方向とは反対の方向に放射された放射熱の少なくとも一部を、熱源２０７に向かう方向とは異なる方向に反射させる第１の内面３０１と、熱源２０７に向かう方向とは異なる方向に第１の内面３０１で反射された放射熱が到達する第２の内面３０２であって、第１の内面３０１で反射された放射熱を加熱体２０６に向かって反射させる第２の内面３０２を有する。【選択図】図４
