Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge pier soundness determining device that can accurately determine the relative soundness of bridge piers.SOLUTION: An information processor is equipped with a power spectrum calculating unit, an area ratio calculating unit and a correlation coefficient calculating unit. The area ratio calculating unit calculates the area ratio of the whole region area from the lower limit frequency fa to the higher limit frequency fc of the power spectrum relative to the low region area from the lower limit frequency fa to the intermediate frequency fb of the power spectrum. A correlation coefficient calculating unit calculates the correlation coefficient between the area ratios of plural bridge piers and the specific frequency. The information processor varies the lower limit frequency fa, the intermediate frequency fb and the higher limit frequency fc and repeats calculation of the area ratio among plural bridge piers by the area ratio calculating unit and calculation of the correlation coefficient by the correlation coefficient calculating unit, and determines the respective suitable values of the lower limit frequency fa, the intermediate frequency fb and the higher limit frequency fc for maximizing the correlation coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】橋脚の健全度を精度よく判断することができる橋脚健全度判断装置を提供する。【解決手段】情報処理部は、パワースペクトル算出部と、面積比算出部と、相関係数算出部とを備える。面積比算出部は、パワースペクトルの下限振動数faから中間振動数fbまでの低域面積に対する、パワースペクトルの下限振動数faから上限振動数fcまでの全域面積の、面積比を算出する。相関係数算出部は、複数の橋脚の面積比と固有振動数との相関係数を算出する。情報処理部は、下限振動数fa、中間振動数fbおよび上限振動数fcを変化させて、面積比算出部による複数の橋脚の面積比の算出および相関係数算出部による相関係数の算出を繰り返し、相関係数が最大となる下限振動数fa、中間振動数fbおよび上限振動数fcの好適値を決定する。【選択図】図7
