Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a working efficiency of an assembly work and an output adjustment work for HMT.SOLUTION: HMT structure of this invention comprises HST including a pump unit and a motor unit and a planetary unit including a planetary housing that can be fixed to or removed from a prescribed fixing location. The motor housing of the motor unit can be fixed to or removed from the planetary housing. The planetary housing is provided with a constant speed input part for inputting a rotating power force from a driving source under a state in which it is installed at the prescribed fixing location to perform operation transmittance to the constant speed input element; a variable input part for engaging and releasing a power transmittance from a motor shaft to the variable input element in response to a fixing or removal of the motor housing in respect to the planetary housing; and a composite output part for engaging and releasing a power transmittance from the composite output element to the prescribed driving member in response to the fixing or removal of the planetary housing to the prescribed fixing location.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】HMTの組み付け作業及び出力調整作業の作業効率向上を図る。【解決手段】本発明のHMT構造は、ポンプユニット及びモータユニットを含むHSTと、所定取付箇所に着脱可能な遊星ハウジングを含む遊星ユニットとを備え、モータユニットのモータハウジングは遊星ハウジングに着脱可能とされている。遊星ハウジングには、所定取付箇所へ装着された状態において駆動源からの回転動力を入力して定速入力要素に作動伝達する定速入力部と、モータハウジングの遊星ハウジングへの着脱に応じてモータ軸から可変入力要素への動力伝達を係合及び解除する可変入力部と、遊星ハウジングの所定取付箇所への着脱に応じて合成出力要素から所定駆動部材への動力伝達を係合及び解除する合成出力部とが設けられている。【選択図】図3 |
