Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic material which can maintain the ability to remove the dirt having stuck to the surface for a long time without lowering the hydrophilic property, in the case where the material is used in a temperature condition in which it is repeatedly subjected to a high temperature of 100°C or higher, and which can also prevent the occurrence of a poor appearance such as whitening.SOLUTION: A hydrophilic material is formed in a surface layer. To the hydrophilic material, K is added, in addition to Si, which allows the material to exhibit a hydrophilic property, where (KO mass conversion value of K)/(SiOmass conversion value of Si)=0.12 to 0.18.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】１００℃以上もの高温が繰り返し負荷される温度環境下で使用した場合において、親水性を低下させることなく表面に付着した汚れの除去性を長期間に亘り持続させることができ、しかも白化等の外観不良の発生も防止することが可能な親水性材料を提供する。【解決手段】表層に形成された親水性材料において、親水性を発揮させることが可能なＳｉに加えて、Ｋを添加し、（ＫのＫ2Ｏ質量換算値）／（ＳｉのＳｉＯ2質量換算値）＝０．１２〜０．１８であることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
