Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyarylene sulfide resin composition which solves the problems that when cyclic polyarylene sulfide is converted into polyarylene sulfide, the method requires high temperature and long time, does not have an enough degree of high polymerization, and does not have an enough effect of promoting a catalyst, and produces a polyarylene sulfide resin composition for a shorted time.SOLUTION: A polyarylene sulfide resin composition is produced by heating cyclic polyarylene sulfide in the presence of a nickel compound and metal salt having a smaller ionization tendency than nickel.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】環式ポリアリーレンスルフィドのポリアリーレンスルフィドへの転化に際し、高温、長時間を要し、高重合度化が十分ではなく、触媒の促進効果が十分でないものが多いという課題を解決し、より短時間で、ポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂組成物を製造する方法を提供することを課題とするものである。【解決手段】環式ポリアリーレンスルフィドならびに、ニッケル化合物、および、ニッケルよりイオン化傾向の小さい金属塩存在下で加熱することによりポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂組成物を製造する。【選択図】なし
