The abrasive grain dispersion has a rate of increase of air gaps of 0.5% or less, calculated by the following formula: air gap increase rate (%)=(ΔV/V)×100 from increased volume ΔVof air gaps in the container by a temperature cycle test which repeats temperature increase and decrease between 25°C and 43°C 5 times by sealing the container into which the abrasive grain dispersion is charged and volume Vof the abrasive grain dispersion.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】保管中の凝固物生成をより確実に防止し得る砥粒分散液を提供する。【解決手段】水および該水に分散した砥粒を含む砥粒分散液が提供される。上記砥粒分散液は、該砥粒分散液を充填した容器を密封して25℃と43℃との間で昇降温を5回繰り返す温度サイクル試験による上記容器内の空隙の増加体積ΔVAと上記砥粒分散液の体積VDとから次式:空隙増加率(%)=(ΔVA/VD)×100;により算出される空隙増加率が0.5%以下である。【選択図】なし
