Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt regeneration additive promoting usage of an asphalt pavement waste and enabling resource saving and an asphalt composition containing the same.SOLUTION: An asphalt regeneration additive is obtained by mixing (A) a specific petroleum-based mineral oil of 10 to 70 mass%, (B) aliphatic acid ester of 30 to 90 mass%, (C) a surfactant of 1 to 10 mass%, (D) a rubber emulsified article of 1 to 10 mass%. The asphalt regeneration additive has polycyclic aromatic component of 3 mass% or less, flash point of 250°C or more, kinetic viscosity at 60°C of 80 to 500 mm/s, aromatic component of 15 mass% or less, aniline point of 85°C or less and flow point of -15 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】アスファルト舗装廃材の活用を推進し、省資源化を可能にするアスファルト再生添加剤及びこれを含有するアスファルト組成物を提供する。【解決手段】アスファルト再生添加剤は、（Ａ）特定の石油系鉱油１０〜７０質量％、（Ｂ）脂肪酸エステル３０〜９０質量％、（Ｃ）界面活性剤１〜１０質量％、（Ｄ）ゴム乳化物１〜１０質量％、を混合して得られる。アスファルト再生添加剤は、多環芳香族分３質量％以下、引火点２５０℃以上、６０℃における動粘度８０〜５００ｍｍ２／ｓ、芳香族分１５質量％以下、アニリン点８５℃以下、流動点−１５以下である。【選択図】なし
