Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dismantling the flue section of a room furnace type coke oven, which can simplify a dismantling work and can minimize the amount of a generated disassembly waste scrap including asbestos.SOLUTION: Since the flue section composed of a large flue gas duct and a plurality of small flue gas ducts connected thereto is structured to be isolated from outside (atmosphere) by concrete and there were few opening and connecting portions communicating with the outside, we paid attention to the fact that it is easy to form an enclosed space isolated from the outside. The method of the present invention comprises making the flue section an enclosed space isolated from the outside, dismantling only an expansion joint portion of the enclosed space under a negative pressure state, discharging the dismantled asbestos-containing disassembly waste to the outside, and canceling the negative pressure/the sealed state of the flue section, and then dismantling the entire flue section. While the method of the present invention can comply with procedures specified by the law, the method can minimize a sealed area required for the disassembling work, can simplify the dismantling work, and furthermore can minimize the amount of the generated disassembly waste scrap containing asbestos.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】解体作業を簡便化できるとともに、アスベストを含む解体屑の発生量を最小限に抑えることができる室炉式コークス炉の煙道部の解体方法を提供する。【解決手段】大煙道とこれに連なる複数の小煙道からなる煙道部は、コンクリートによって外部(大気)とは隔絶された構造にされ、且つ外部と通じる開口部や接続部も少ないため、外部と遮断された密閉空間とするのが容易である点に着目し、煙道部を外部と遮断された密閉空間とし、この密閉空間を負圧化した状態でエキスパンションジョイント部のみを解体して、発生したアスベスト含有解体屑を外部に搬出し、その後、煙道部の負圧・密閉状態を解除した上で、煙道部全体の解体を行う。法令で指定される手順を順守しながら、解体作業で要求される密閉範囲を最小限としつつ、解体作業を簡便化することができ、しかも、アスベスト含有解体屑の発生量を最小限に抑えることができる。【選択図】図1
