Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing material having light weight, excellent in molding property and of which breakage during transportation is suppressed and a manufacturing method of the housing material.SOLUTION: There is provided a housing material 10 having a non-foamable back layer 3 containing a hydraulic material, a silicic acid-containing article and wood flake 3a, a foamable core layer 1 formed on the non-foamable back layer 3 and containing the hydraulic material, the silicic acid-containing article and air bubble 1a formed by an aluminum powder, and a non-foamable front layer 2 formed on the foamable core layer 1 and containing the hydraulic material, the silicic acid-containing article and wood flake 2a. There is provided the housing material 10 in which the foamable core layer 1 is thicker than the non-foamable surface layer 2 and the non-foamable back layer 3 and the back layer 3 is thicker than the surface layer 2. There is provided the housing material 10 in which mass of the surface layer 2:mass of the core layer 1:mass of the back layer 3 is 10 to 20:45 to 70:15:45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽量で造形性に優れ、運搬時の破損が抑制された建材、及びその製造方法。【解決手段】水硬性材料、ケイ酸含有物、および木フレーク3aを含む無発泡性裏層3と、無発泡性裏層3の上に形成された、水硬性材料、ケイ酸含有物、およびアルミ粉末の反応により形成された気泡1aを含む発泡性芯層1と、発泡性芯層1の上に形成された、水硬性材料、ケイ酸含有物、および木フレーク2aを含む無発泡性表層2と、を備えている建材10。好ましくは、発泡性芯層1は無発泡性表層2と無発泡性裏層3より厚く、裏層3は表層2より厚い建材10。表層2の質量:芯層1の質量:裏層3の質量が10〜20:45〜70:15:45である建材10。【選択図】図1 |
