SADDLE RIDING TYPE VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver to determine that a sensor is out of order when warning means of ABS operates in a saddle riding type vehicle adopting one-channel ABS.SOLUTION: The saddle riding type vehicle includes: a wheel speed sensor 41 for detecting the rotational speed of one wheel; an ABS modulator 33 for performing ABS control of the one wheel on the basis of detection information of the wheel speed sensor 41; a vehicle speed sensor 42 for detecting vehicle speed information apart from the wheel speed sensor 41; an indicator lamp 43 for warning the driver about the ABS control; and a warning control part 44 for lighting the indicator lamp 43 when difference between respective detection information becomes a prescribed value or more on the basis of a comparison result of the respective detection information of the wheel speed sensor 41 and the vehicle speed sensor 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】１チャンネルＡＢＳを採用した鞍乗り型車両において、ＡＢＳの警告手段の作動時にセンサーの故障であることを運転者が判別可能とする。【解決手段】一つの車輪の回転速度を検出する車輪速センサー４１と、車輪速センサー４１の検出情報に基づき前記一つの車輪のＡＢＳ制御を行うＡＢＳモジュレータ３３と、車輪速センサー４１とは別に車速情報を検出する車速センサー４２と、運転者にＡＢＳ制御に関する警告を行うインジケータランプ４３と、車輪速センサー４１および車速センサー４２の各検出情報同士の比較結果に基づき、各検出情報間の差異が所定値以上になった際に、インジケータランプ４３を点灯させる警告制御部４４と、を備えている。【選択図】図２
