Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume reduction machine which further increases safety and can reduce a volume of a container at a stable volume reduction rate.SOLUTION: A volume reduction machine 1 comprises: a casing 2 having an input port 7a which receives a container of which a tip is tapered; an opening/closing door 7 which is fitted to the casing 2 and opens/closes the input port 7a; and a compression mechanism 21 which reduces a volume of the container while escaping an input direction tip of the container inputted in the casing 2. The opening/closing door 7 has an insertion port 7z which is formed as to have a size suitable for a shape of the tapered tip of the container in the state that the opening/closing door 7 is closed, and the opening/closing door 7 is so configured that the door is opened by insertion of the tapered tip of the container into the insertion port 7z.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】安全性をより一層高め、かつ安定した減容率で容器を減容し得る減容機を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の減容機1は、先端が先窄まりとなっている容器を受け入れる投入口7aを有するケーシング2と、前記ケーシング2に取り付けられ、投入口7aを開閉するための開閉扉7と、ケーシング2内に投入された容器の投入方向先端部を逃がしながら容器を減容する圧縮機構21と、を備え、開閉扉7は、開閉扉7を閉じた状態で容器の先窄まりの先端の形状に適合する大きさに形成された挿入口7zを有し、前記挿入口7zに前記容器の先窄まりの先端が挿入されることにより開閉扉7が開かれるように構成されている。【選択図】図4
