PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an awakening system that awakens a sleeper so that he or she feels good.SOLUTION: An awakening system 1 comprises: a biological information acquiring section 10 that acquires biological information about a user; a control section 15 that actuates an apparatus for changing an environment for the user so as to improve an estimated comfort degree for the user, calculated on the basis of the biological information; an awakening section 21 that awakens the sleeping user; and a comfort degree input section 20 that inputs an actual comfort degree of the user when the user wakes up from a sleeping state. The control section 15 provides an input result from the comfort degree inputs section 20 and an acquired result from the biological information acquiring section 10 in order to provide feedback on the calculation of the estimated comfort degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 睡眠者に快適な目覚めを提供できる覚醒システムを提供する。【解決手段】 覚醒システム１は、ユーザの生体情報を取得する生体情報取得部１０と、前記生体情報に基づいて演算されるユーザの推定快適度が向上するように、ユーザの環境を変化させる機器を作動させる制御部１５と、ユーザを睡眠状態から覚醒させる目覚まし部２１と、ユーザが睡眠状態から覚醒したときに当該ユーザの実快適度を入力する快適度入力部２０と、を備え、前記制御部１５は、前記快適度入力部２０の入力結果及び前記生体情報取得部１０の取得結果を前記推定快適度の演算にフィードバックする。【選択図】 図１
