Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper roll device capable of suppressing an excessive pay-out amount of toilet paper, and preventing a paper jam in a toilet bowl and drain piping.SOLUTION: A paper roll device includes a longitudinal shaft center part inserted into toilet paper, which rotatably supports the toilet paper, and a body part for sandwiching the longitudinal shaft center part from the tip side and the base end side.
