Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module of a double-sided glass protective substrate type superior in durability and barrier property, in which the superiority to conventional solar cell modules in quality stability is achieved by adequately suppressing cell cracking and the remanence of bubbles attributed to a material of a sealant on condition that an adequate heat resistance is held.SOLUTION: A solar cell module 10 of a double-sided glass protective substrate comprises a light receiving-side glass protective substrate 1, a light receiving-side sealant 2, a solar cell element 6, a non-light receiving-side transparent sealant 3, and a non-light receiving-side glass protective substrate 5 which are laminated in turn. The light receiving-side sealant 2 and the non-light receiving-side transparent sealant 3 are each a multilayer sealant comprising a polyethylene-based resin of 0.870-0.930 g/cmas a base resin, and having a gel fraction of 0%, and having a plurality of layers including a core layer, and a skin layer lower than the core layer in density and disposed on each outermost surface of the sealant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐久性やバリア性に優れる両面ガラス保護基板型の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、十分な耐熱性を保持した上で、セル割れと、封止材の材料由来の気泡の残存と、を十分に抑制することにより、従来品よりも品質の安定性に優れる両面ガラス保護基板型の太陽電池モジュールを提供する。【解決手段】受光面側ガラス保護基板1、受光面側封止材2、太陽電池素子6、非受光面側透明封止材3、非受光面側ガラス保護基板5が、順次積層されてなる両面ガラス保護基板型の太陽電池モジュール、受光面側封止材2及び前記非受光面側透明封止材3が、いずれも0.870g/cm3以上0.930g/cm3以下のポリエチレン系樹脂をベース樹脂としてなり、ゲル分率が0%であって、コア層と、該コア層よりも低密度の層であって、封止材の両最表面に配置されるスキン層と、を含む複数の層によって構成される多層の封止材である、太陽電池モジュール10とする。【選択図】図1 |
