PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate processing management device, a substrate processing management method, and a substrate processing management program capable of easily specifying the abnormality of the processing by the substrate processing device.SOLUTION: Hysteresis display data for displaying processing of a plurality of substrates in a substrate processing device is acquired. A hysteresis of the processing of the plurality of substrates is displayed in a display unit 340 as a hysteresis chart 10 based on the acquired hysteresis data.
