Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering raw material charging device and a sintering machine capable of sufficiently dispersing raw material particles of which particle size is increased in the sintering raw material charging device, thereby effectively sintering the raw material particles of which particle size is increased.SOLUTION: There is provided a sintering raw material charging device 20 forming a sintering raw material packed layer 30M in a sintering machine pallet 32 by separating a blending raw material for sintering M0 into a first raw material particle M1 which passes through a slit bar 23 and drops and moves downward and a second raw material particle M2 which moves above the slit bar 23, having a chain shape member 25 for dropping the second raw material particle M2 to a slope of the upper layer part of the sintering raw material packed layer 30M by crossing with a free dropping direction of the second raw material particle M1 between a lower edge of a slit shoot 20 and a lower layer part of the sintering raw material packed layer 30M and contacting with the second raw material particle M2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】大粒化した原料粒を焼結原料充填層内に充分に分散させ、ひいては大粒化した原料粒を効率的に焼結することが可能な焼結原料装入装置、焼結機を提供すること。【解決手段】焼結用の配合原料M0をスリットバー23を抜けて下方に落下して移動する第1原料粒M1と前記スリットバー23の上方を移動する第2原料粒M2とに分けて焼結機パレット32内に焼結原料充填層30Mを形成する焼結原料装入装置20であって、スリットシュート20の下端から前記焼結原料充填層30M下層部の間で、前記第2原料粒M1の自由な落下方向と交差し、前記第2原料粒M2と接触することにより前記第2原料粒M2を、前記焼結原料充填層30M上層部の斜面に落下させるチェーン状部材25を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
