FINE PARTICLE HAVING HIGH TOTAL SOLAR REFLECTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective fine particle composition having excellent solar reflectance.SOLUTION: A reflective fine particle composition contains a fine particle mixture containing a fine particle base material, a hardness increasing agent and a pigment. The reflective fine particle base material has a hydrophobic coated film on a fine particle mixture. The composition can have solar reflectance of 70% or more, preferably of 80% or more, and more preferably of 90% or more, the pigment contains clay, and the fine particle base material contains feldspar.
