Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coat forming agent for purification that is excellent in the stability of hypochlorite and the peelability of a formed coat and can effectively remove stains such as mold and a purification treatment method.SOLUTION: A coat forming agent for purification contains (A) at least one polymer compound selected from the group consisting of a (meth) acrylic resin, a vinyl acetate resin, a polyvinyl chloride resin and a urethane resin, (B) water, (C) hypochlorite, and (D) an organic compound containing an aromatic ring in the molecular structure, excluding the (A) component.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】次亜塩素酸塩の安定性、形成される皮膜の剥離性に優れ、カビ等の汚れを効果的に除去できる清浄化用皮膜形成剤及び清浄化処理方法の提供。【解決手段】（Ａ）（メタ）アクリル樹脂、酢酸ビニル樹脂、塩化ビニル樹脂及びウレタン樹脂からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種の高分子化合物と、（Ｂ）水と、（Ｃ）次亜塩素酸塩と、（Ｄ）分子構造中に芳香環を含む（Ａ）成分以外の有機化合物とを含有することを特徴とする清浄化用皮膜形成剤。【選択図】なし
