Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin for antifouling coating material which achieves further low VOC, and can supply good antifouling properties and excellent coating film physical properties over a long period of time, and an antifouling coating composition, an antifouling coated film, an antifouling base material and a method for producing an antifouling base material using the polyester resin.SOLUTION: There are provided a polyester resin for antifouling coating material which is a polycondensation product of an alcohol component containing tri- or higher alcohol (a) having an ether skeleton and an acid component containing one or more kinds (b) selected from the group consisting of an alicyclic dibasic acid and its anhydride, and has an acid value of a solid content of 80-300 mgKOH/g; and an antifouling coating composition, an antifouling coated film, an antifouling base material and a method for producing an antifouling base material using the polyester resin for antifouling coating material.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】更なる低ＶＯＣを実現し、長期に渡って良好な防汚性及び優れた塗膜物性を供給することが可能な防汚塗料用ポリエステル樹脂、並びに該ポリエステル樹脂を用いた防汚塗料組成物、防汚塗膜、防汚基材及び防汚基材の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】エーテル骨格を有する３価以上のアルコール（ａ）を含有するアルコール成分と、脂環式二塩基酸及びその無水物からなる群から選ばれる１種以上（ｂ）を含有する酸成分との重縮合物であり、固形分の酸価が８０〜３００ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇである、防汚塗料用ポリエステル樹脂、並びに該防汚塗料用ポリエステル樹脂を用いた防汚塗料組成物、防汚塗膜、防汚基材及び防汚基材の製造方法である。【選択図】なし
