Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for humidification and damage reduction of hair for improving damage of the hair by easily humidifying the hair by using both positive and negative ions.SOLUTION: Positive ion generation means 10b for generating positive ions coupled with water molecules through an electric discharge between electrodes by applying voltage, and negative ion generation means 10a for generating negative ions coupled with water molecules through an electric discharge between electrodes by applying voltage are prepared.
