ERRONEOUS OPERATION PREVENTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erroneous operation prevention system that objectively monitors a worker's open/close operation and invalidates erroneous operation in order to make unexpected outage or accident caused by a human mistake of open/close operation of a switch occur hardly.SOLUTION: An erroneous operation prevention system comprises: a plurality of switches 5 provided in a power system, the switches opening/closing by receiving open/close operation by a worker; an open/close invalidation unit 41 for invalidating the worker's open/close operation of the plurality of switches 5; a storage unit 12 in which reference action for open/close operation of the plurality of switches is stored; an action detector 1 for detecting the worker's actual work action of the open/close operation of the plurality of switches 5; and a comparison calculation unit 14 for determining whether or not the actual work action detected by the action detector 1 agrees with the reference action stored in the storage unit 12. When it is determined by the comparison calculation unit 14 that the actual work action does not agree with the reference action, the worker's open/close operation is invalidated by the open/close invalidation unit 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】開閉器の開閉操作の人為的ミスによる不測の停電や事故を発生しにくくするため、作業者の開閉操作を客観的に監視し、誤操作を無効化する誤操作防止システムを提供する。【解決手段】誤操作防止システムは、作業者による開閉操作により開閉する、電力系統に設けられた複数の開閉器５と、作業者による複数の開閉器５の開閉操作を無効化する開閉無効化部４１と、複数の開閉器の開閉操作の基準動作が記憶された記憶部１２と、作業者による複数の開閉器５の開閉操作の実作業動作を検出する動作検知器１と、動作検知器１により検出された実作業動作と記憶部１２に記憶された基準動作が一致するかを判断する比較演算部１４と、を備える。比較演算部１４により実作業動作と基準動作が一致しないと判断された場合に、作業者による開閉操作が、開閉無効化部４１により無効化される。【選択図】図１
