Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit capable of suppressing current consumption and ensuring a stable operation.SOLUTION: The power supply circuit includes: an N-channel type first switching element whose drain is connected with an input terminal and whose source is connected with the output terminal; a p-channel type second switching element whose drain is connected with the output terminal and whose source is connected with the input terminal; a voltage detection circuit which detects an input voltage input from the input terminal; a booster circuit which boosts the input voltage and supplies the boosted voltage to a gate of the first switching element; and a control circuit which controls the first switching element, the second switching element and the booster circuit on the basis of a detection result of the voltage detection circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】消費電流を抑え、かつ安定した動作を確保することができる電源回路を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態によれば、電源回路は、ドレインが入力端子に接続され、ソースが出力端子に接続されたNチャネル型の第1スイッチング素子と、ドレインが出力端子に接続され、ソースが入力端子に接続されたPチャネル型の第2スイッチング素子と、入力端子から入力された入力電圧を検出する電圧検出回路と、入力電圧を昇圧して第1スイッチング素子のゲートへ供給する昇圧回路と、電圧検出回路の検出結果に基づいて、第1スイッチング素子と、第2スイッチング素子と、昇圧回路とを制御する制御回路と、を備える。【選択図】図1
