A secondary wiring 13 wound spirally around the annular core 5 is constituted of wiring patterns 37a-37c for joining the terminals 93a, 93b, 95a, 95b of an FPC9, respectively, to corresponding connection terminals 34b, 34c, 35a, 35b of the substrate 3, and interconnecting them, and conductive patterns 91a, 91b for interconnecting them in series.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】基板の配線パターンを巻線に利用したコイルを、コアにギャップが生じない低損失な構造で実現する。【解決手段】FPC7の各端子73a〜73e,75a〜75eを、基板3の対応する接続端子32b〜32f,33a〜33eにそれぞれ接合し、接続端子32b〜32f,33a〜33e間を接続する配線パターン36a〜36fとそれらの間を直列に接続する導電パターン71a〜71eとによって、環状コア5に螺旋状に巻回された一次巻線11を構成する。また、FPC9の各端子93a,93b,95a,95bを、基板3の対応する接続端子34b,34c,35a,35bにそれぞれ接合し、接続端子34b,34c,35a,35b間を接続する配線パターン37a〜37cとそれらの間を直列に接続する導電パターン91a,91bとによって、環状コア5に螺旋状に巻回された二次巻線13を構成する。【選択図】図1 |
