Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which achieves improvement of cooling performance.SOLUTION: A cooling device includes: a heat receiving part 1 which transmits heat from a heat source to a magnetic fluid 7; a heat radiation part 2 which radiates heat of the magnetic fluid; magnets 5 which are disposed so that the same poles face each other and provide magnetic fields to the magnetic fluid that has received heat from the heat receiving part and the magnetic fluid that has radiated heat to the heat radiation part; and a pump (a driving part) 4 which circulates the magnetic fluid. The magnetic fluid circulates on the basis of either of a driving force based on the magnetic fields generated by the magnets, or the driving force based on the magnetic fields generated by the magnets and a driving force applied from the driving part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】冷却性能の向上を実現可能な冷却装置を提供すること。【解決手段】熱源からの熱を磁性流体7に伝える受熱部1と、磁性流体の熱を放熱する放熱部2と、同極が対向するように配置され、受熱部から熱を受熱した磁性流体および放熱部に熱を放熱した磁性流体に磁場を与える磁石5と、磁性流体を循環させるポンプ(駆動部)4と、を有する。磁性流体は、磁石により発生する磁場に基づく駆動力と、磁石により発生する磁場に基づく駆動力および駆動部から与えられる駆動力と、のうちいずれかに基づいて循環する。【選択図】図2
