PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device which obtains sparking light and achieves good heat radiation performance.SOLUTION: A lamp device 10 includes: a housing 11; a heat radiation part 12 facing the housing 11; and a cylindrical transparent part 39 provided between the housing 11 and the heat radiation part 12. A light emitting source 14 is provided at one of the housing 11 and the heat radiation part 12 at the inner side of the transparent part 39. A reflection part 15 is provided at the other of the housing 11 and the heat radiation part 12 at the inner side of the transparent part 39 so as to face the light emitting source 14. A heat conduction part 16 which thermally connects the housing 11 with the heat radiation part 12 is provided.
