Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a refrigerant distributing performance from header collecting pipes to a plurality of branch pipes to be made better and energy efficiency to be improved while achieving a low cost through simplification of structure.SOLUTION: A header comprises a header collecting pipe communicated with a plurality of branch pipes to form a flowing space communicated with a plurality of branch pipes where refrigerant of gas-liquid two-phase state flows from an inflow part upward and flowed out into the plurality of branch pipes that is used under an operating condition including condition to set a flowing state where much amount of gaseous refrigerant are distributed near the center of the header collecting pipes, a run-up distance L at a run-up part where the refrigerant between the position of the inflow part of the header collecting pipes and the branch pipe nearest to the position of inflow part satisfies a relation of L≥5D where D is an inner diameter of the header collecting pipe, and when a center position of the flowing space at a horizontal plane is defined as 0% and a wall surface position at a horizontal plane in the flow space is defined as ±100%, the extremity end part of the branch pipe inserted into the header collecting pipe is stored in a region less than ±50% and the extremity end part of the branch pipe connected to the lower part of the header collecting pipe is arranged at a position where much amount of gaseous phase refrigerant are distributed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】構造の簡易化により低コスト化を図りつつ、幅広い運転範囲においてヘッダー集合管から複数の枝管への冷媒の分配性能が改善でき、エネルギー効率が向上する。【解決手段】ヘッダーは複数の枝管に連通し、流入部から気液二相状態の冷媒が上向きに流れて複数の枝管に流出させる流通空間が形成されるヘッダー集合管と、冷媒のガス相がヘッダー集合管の中心付近に多く分布する流動様態となる条件を含む運転条件で使用され、ヘッダー集合管の流入部の位置から最も近い枝管までの間に冷媒が上向きに流れる助走部の助走距離Lは、ヘッダー集合管の内径をDとした時、L≧5Dを満たし、流通空間の水平面での中心位置を0%、流通空間の水平面での壁面位置を±100%と定義したとき、ヘッダー集合管に差し込まれた枝管の先端部が±50%以内の領域に収められ、ヘッダー集合管の下部に接続された枝管の先端部は、冷媒のガス相が多く分布する位置に配置される。【選択図】図1 |
