Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft vinyl chloride resin composition in which radiation degradation in absorption dose of γ rays of Mgy-order is suppressed, and to provide a flexible hose and a flexible tube using the resin composition in which degradation by radiation rays is suppressed.SOLUTION: A radiation-resistant vinyl chloride resin composition contains 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin and 20 pts.wt. or more and 110 pts.wt. or less of a benzoic acid-based plasticizer, and has a duro A hardness before irradiation with γ rays of 50 HDA or more and 95 HDA or less. The radiation-resistant vinyl chloride resin composition preferably contains 1 pt.wt. or more and 15 pts.wt. or less of a phenyl ether-based oil and fat. The radiation-resistant vinyl chloride resin composition preferably contains 10 pts.wt. or more and 50 pts.wt. or less of carbon black or graphite powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 軟質塩化ビニル樹脂組成物の、γ線の吸収線量がメガグレイのオーダーにおける放射線劣化を抑制する。当該樹脂組成物を用いて、放射線による劣化が抑制された可撓性ホースや可撓性チューブを提供する。【解決手段】 耐放射線塩化ビニル樹脂組成物は、塩化ビニル樹脂100重量部と、安息香酸系可塑剤20重量部以上110重量部以下を含有すると共に、γ線照射前のデュロA硬度が50HDA以上95HDA以下である。さらにフェニルエーテル系油脂1重量部以上15重量部以下を含有することが好ましい。また、さらに、カーボンブラックまたは黒鉛粉末10重量部以上50重量部以下を含有することが好ましい。【選択図】 図1 |
