THERMOSETTING RESIN DECORATIVE PLATE AND TOP PLATE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THERMOSETTING RESIN DECORATIVE PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin decorative plate which is applied as a surface material of housing furniture and furniture such as a desk, a table and a counter, and emits light by touched by a hand.SOLUTION: A thermosetting resin decorative plate is used which has a conductive circuit pattern layer in a laminated structure. The conductive layer circuit pattern layer is formed of a metal nano wiring drawing sheet in which wiring is drawn with ink containing metal nanoparticles in a base material. A fibrous base material and a plastic film are used for the base material. A metal nanosheet is sandwiched with insulative resin-impregnated paper. Thermosetting resin-impregnated decorative paper is used for the surface which is obtained by impregnating decorative paper for decorative plate with a resin liquid containing a thermosetting resin as a main component and drying the resin liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 机、テーブル、カウンターなどの家具・什器から住宅家具の表面材として適用し、手で触れて明かりを灯す熱硬化性樹脂化粧板を得る。【解決手段】積層構造中に導電回路パターン層を有する熱硬化性樹脂化粧板を用いる。導電層回路パターン層はベース基材に金属ナノ粒子を含むインクで配線が描画された金属ナノ配線描画シートからなる。ベース基材には繊維質基材、プラスチックフィルムを用いる。金属ナノシートは絶縁性樹脂含浸紙で挟持する。表面には化粧板用の化粧紙に、熱硬化性樹脂を主成分とする樹脂液が含浸、乾燥されてなる熱硬化性樹脂含浸化粧紙を用いる。【選択図】 図１
