【課題】本発明の課題は、有機系酸素吸収組成物を使用した粒状の脱酸素剤に関して、酸素吸収能力の更なる向上を図ることにある。具体的には、酸素吸収能力の更なる向上を図ることにある。【解決手段】アルカリ性化合物から成る担持体に担持された酸素吸収組成物を含む造粒物と、その造粒物の表面に付着している親水性無機粒子状物質と、を備えた複合粒子を含んだ粉体である脱酸素剤であって、酸素吸収組成物が酸素吸収物質を含む液剤と遷移金属化合物を含有することを特徴とする脱酸素剤。【選択図】なし |
