PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a collection method for flow statistical information and a retrieval method for a detour for a flow.SOLUTION: A flow passing through an open flow network OFN is mirrored to an observation open flow switch OFSmeas. The observation open flow switch OFSmeas collects data on traffic using the flow mirrored from the open flow network OFN and stores the data as flow statistical information. The open flow controller OFC acquires flow statistical information from the observation open flow switch OFSmeas.
