Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode manufacturing device capable of reducing the size.SOLUTION: An electrode manufacturing device 1 comprises: a conveying part 2 that conveys a band electrode 10 to a conveying path 21; and a laser device 3 that cuts the band electrode 10 on the conveying path 21. The conveying part 2 includes: a transmission part 24 including a pair of nip rolls (rollers) 24a and 24b that rotate the band electrode 10 from a vertical direction in a nipping state, and convey the band electrode 10 to a conveying direction; a suction part 26 that is provided so as to be separated from the transmission part 24 on a downstream side of the conveying direction from the transmission part 24, and allows the band electrode 10 to be sucked to the conveying path 21; and a movement part 25 that is provided between the transmission part 24 and the suction part 26, is moved to the conveying direction in a state of holding the band electrode 10 transmitted by the transmission part 24, and transfers and receives the band electrode 10 to/from the suction part 26. The transmission part 24 and the movement part 25 apply a tension to the conveying direction of the band electrode 10 existed between the transmission part 24 and the movement part 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】小型化を図ることができる電極製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】電極製造装置1は、搬送路21に帯状電極10を搬送する搬送部2と、搬送路21上の帯状電極10を切断するレーザ装置3と、を備える。搬送部2は、上下方向から帯状電極10を挟持した状態で回転することにより、搬送方向に帯状電極10を送り出す一対のニップロール(ローラ)24a、24bを含む送出部24と、送出部24よりも搬送方向の下流側において送出部24と離間して設けられ、帯状電極10を搬送路21上に吸着させる吸着部26と、送出部24と吸着部26との間に設けられ、送出部24によって送り出された帯状電極10を保持した状態で搬送方向に移動することにより、吸着部26に帯状電極10を受け渡す移動部25と、を有する。送出部24と移動部25とは、送出部24と移動部25との間にある帯状電極10の搬送方向への張力を付与する。【選択図】図2 |
