POWER USE AMOUNT PREDICTION DEVICE AND POWER USE AMOUNT PREDICTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power use amount prediction device and a power use amount prediction method capable of accurately predicting a power user amount of water-and-sewage facilities.SOLUTION: A power use amount prediction device has a model information generation part and a power use amount prediction part. The model information generation part generates model information for predicting the power use amount based on at least one of operational information representing an actual use value of the operation of water-and-sewage facilities and non-operational information representing the determined value as a variability factor of the power use amount of the water-and-sewage facilities which is the information other than the operational information. The power use amount prediction part determines a prediction value of the power use amount of the water-and-sewage facilities based on at least one of the prediction value of the operational information during a prediction target period and non-operational information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】上下水道施設の電力使用量を精度良く予測することができる電力使用量予測装置及び電力使用量予測方法を提供する。【解決手段】電力使用量予測装置は、モデル情報生成部と、電力使用量予測部とを持つ。モデル情報生成部は、上下水道施設の運用の実績値を表す運用情報と、運用情報以外の情報であって上下水道施設の電力使用量の変動因子として定められた値を表す非運用情報とのうち少なくとも一方に基づいて、電力使用量を予測するためのモデル情報を生成する。電力使用量予測部は、予測対象期間における運用情報の予測値と非運用情報とのうち少なくとも一方と、モデル情報とに基づいて、上下水道施設の電力使用量の予測値を定める。【選択図】図１
